Challenge

Nas.io faced the challenge of identifying the right target persona and adapting its messaging to resonate in a new markets. The launch required adjusting to cultural contexts, language differences, and ensuring the content and creative aligned with local preferences to drive engagement and establish a strong presence.
The aim was to improve Conversion Rate, reduce CPA, and boost ROAS without making any changes to the product itself, relying solely on strategic and data-driven creative testing.

Our Resposne

The campaign began with broad testing of various creatives, messaging, and hooks. Once we gathered sufficient data, top performing content was refined and scaled with higher budget allocation.
Performance was measured using CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, with insights from each phase used to improve future ad production.

Bryan Johnson's "Don't Die" movement is a health and longevity initiative focused on using cutting-edge science and technology to extend human lifespan and optimize overall health. The movement is centered around Johnson's personal efforts to reverse his biological age through various biohacking techniques, advanced health protocols, and data-driven approaches. He advocates for a future where aging is slowed or even reversed, and individuals can live healthier, longer lives.

Challenge

To spread awareness of the movement, we identified a need to develop a physical touchpoint where audiences could interact with Bryan and learn more about Don't Die. Our task was two fold; plan and create the event as well as bring in revenue from both sponsors and attendees.

Our Resposne

We conceptualized and launched the Don't Die Summit as a key initiative to the Don't Die movement. To bring the summit to life, we developed over 50 paid advertisements, continuously iterating on creatives and messaging to optimize conversion rates. This process involved a strategic media buy approach, where we closely managed the budget and refined our strategies based on performance insights. The primary focus was on generating sales, ensuring that each element of the campaign directly contributed to driving revenue.
